At BELARKI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Window

We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide a video recording of the parcel being unboxed, clearly showing:

    • The unopened package

    • The product being removed from the package

    • The defect, damage, or issue with the product

This video proof is mandatory and helps us verify the issue to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The product was used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Size or style was ordered incorrectly by the customer

How to Request an Exchange
